Have the make and model ready when you call, along with a description of the fault. Useful details include whether the scooter powers on, whether charging has changed, and any error code shown on the controls. Workshop Repairs & Courtesy Equipment

If an on-site repair is not possible, we can take your equipment to our workshop for further attention. For equipment purchased from Saltire Mobility, we will endeavour to provide suitable courtesy equipment free of charge, subject to availability. Please confirm the arrangements when booking.
